DMD v19 – Coming Soon

Hi guys!

Stay tuned here at mrdotsgames.com for news and information about the release date for DMD v19, which will be posted up at the end of July.

To celebrate this upcoming announcement, I have created some pics to celebrate the end of the FIFA World Cup, featuring the lovely D at the beach.

  11. Wow! I was not expecting another update until August so this is fantastic news. I’m very happy to see that you are still hard at work on DMD with Melody taking up so much of your time. Can’t wait for the update and thanks for sticking with it!!!

    1. I think you may have misread the post DSTORQUE.
      The official release date for v19 will be posted up on this site in a couple of weeks time.
      The game will be released in late August as previously suggested, we just have to determine which exact date.

  13. Sweet. Both this game and melody are awesome. I do feel like DMD has more of its own identity, seeing that image reminded me of how much I associate the scenes at the beach when thinking back on the game. I kinda wish Melody would play into the music aspect a lot more in terms activities you can do and the kind of clothes Melody can wear. It’d leave a more distinct visual in mind if she could occasionally dress up like a punk rock chick or put on one of those outfits worn by Japanese pop idols. In the context of going to a concert or playing a gig, of course. And maybe for fun later, hee hee.

  18. The most erm engaging game I’ve played in a long time. It would be interesting to flip it over and write a parallel from the daughters perspective, I’ve at least one young lady friend who would be interested.

  19. New to these style of games so was just wondering when you say V19 how does this work. I have played chapter 1 and 2 so is V19 a part of chapter 3? Or a continuation of chapter 2. I will also be donating to keep the game going as I just can’t get enough. Thank you in advance for any responses!

    1. V19 is Day 19 of of the game.
      Chapter 1 had 13 days (so Version 1 to 13)
      Chapter 14 has had four days so far (Versions/Days 14-18)

      So it’s a continuation of Chapter 2 yes. We haven’t decided how many days there will be in Chapter 2 as yet.

    As lovely as D is, I’m more into Elena. Hope we get a lengthy bedroom scene with her at some point soon 😉

    1. Based on previous releases – a good bet is the last full weekend of August – and firm date should be posted sometime after the Melody release this weekend.

      2. Yes, the language of that has been confusing. That means the “release date” will be posted at the end of July. The next Melody update is being released tomorrow (July 28). The first third of DMD is being scripted now with artwork probably starting this weekend.

  27. yes! i can’t wait!!!
    As good as Melody is, and it is it is no match for DMD….
    But i guess creating the game nr 1 and nr2 of all the current adult games is never bad. 😉
    I hope that without Patreon interfering DMD will get to be a lot nastier again. 😉 no limits

    1. Not yet it seems, but we can only still hope that this will happen 🙂 I like Melody, but i love DMD(more than any game) so it would be good to see it at least every other month now that the other game has alot of content already….

      But i know its also hard and I am so thankful to Mrdots for even continuing against all odds with this in any way it’s done. 🙂

  30. I LOVE this game. When i started playing i totally forgot my console. This game more addictive than GTA V. I hope we get to play atleast 12 chapters ;-; This game is Awesome. Please add more options for funding..consider BTC thats the only way i could support.

  32. Wait, at the end of July, so in just a couple of days? Wow, that’s sooner than expected, thought you’d just now start the development of the next update for DMD and release it at the end of August, now that you released July’s Melody update? Well, I definitely won’t be complaining if we get the update for DMD in just a couple of days, been waiting for it for so long, impatiently waiting to get to continue the story, it is after all one of my top favorite VNs out there, a VN that really got me into these type of games in the first place! 🙂

    Keep up the good work, I’m a fan of your works!

    P.S. Well actually I’m just now about to start playing Melody, now that there’s a bit content to play through, but I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll love it just like DMD 🙂

    1. Melody was always planned for release at the end of July, as stated in the Overview section of MrDots’ Patreon page.
      The release date for DMD v19 will be posted up here within the next day or two.

  36. Feel that you should go for five weeks on preparing this update. Still love this game even thou its now very slow burn, will always keep supporting you as long as you keep your promise and finish this game. Support you on your other game Melody as well.
