Choosing Your Favorite Platform

Even though Patreon and SubscribeStar are pretty similar platforms, they do have their differences and also the rewards will slightly change depending on the platform you choose to support us on.

Option 1: Patreon

Patreon is a well-known platform and has been around for years. They’re very reliable and you won’t have any issues subscribing to them. They support all kinds of payment options, like Credit cards, Debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

They do, however, have a weird charging system. Patreon will charge you up front for your pledge before you can join. And then they start charging you on the 1st of every month. We recommend you begin your pledge close to the start of the month instead of close to the end for future notice, so you don’t get charged twice in a short period of time.

The good thing about Patreon is that if you want to upgrade your pledge (let’s say going from $5 to $15) you’ll only get charged the difference.

One big drawback of Patreon is that they don’t allow incest content on their platform. So, if you’re into that kind of content (all our games have incest content) you’ll have to choose SubscribeStar instead. Or you can ask in the Discord channel how to patch your Patreon game 😉

Overall, it’s a great platform and the better choice for those who don’t have credit cards and are not that into incest content.

Option 2: SubscribeStar

SubscribeStar started two years ago, and we haven’t had any issues so far. It’s great platform and we trust them a lot.

They offer me a lot more freedom than Patreon allowing me to publish incest content without any rescrictions.

Unlike Patreon, they subscription system is the classic membership payment system, where you pay the day you subscribe and then you pay again 30 days later.

The only issue is that you can’t upgrade your pledge (going from $5 to $15 for example) without paying the whole amount again. That’s why I suggest that you wait until your current subscription is about to end to cancel it and subscribe again to your new tier. If you really need the content asap, you can contact me via PM on SubscribeStar and tip me the difference and I’ll send you the content right away 😉

SubscribeStar only support Credit cards. Unfortunately they don’t have as many payments options as Patreon, but if you have a Credit card then we definitely recommend SubscribeStar over Patreon. Overall, it’s our favorite platform to work with.
